Career Placement: The Regional Employment Development Department will assist recent undergraduates and graduates in securing jobs within their career fields either through brothers or job recruiter.

Chapter Events: Facilitate local chapter event planning within "Areas" to reduce dependence on national events.
Growth Planning Meetings: Conduct dedicated meetings to develop strategic plans with specific timelines and benchmarks for the "Areas."
Social Media:
Undergrad Retreats: Organize summer retreats sponsored by alumni chapters.
Strategic Conference Planning: Plan conferences and leadership summits strategically to ensure the fraternity maximizes impact and visibility. I.e just because its homecoming weekend does not mean it is the most viable option.
Online Presence: Ensure chapters are listed on the national website.
Fundraising: Assist undergraduate chapters in identifying fundraising opportunities and sponsorships.
